Using the Google Analytics <\/a>data collected from 2015 – present day, the TopSpot Team created a multi-faceted digital marketing strategy to generate quality leads from highly customized paid search campaigns<\/a> and search engine optimization<\/a> strategies for Heritage Building Systems. <\/p>\n\n\n\nWhen looking at January 2018 – February 2019 compared to the previous period, Heritage Building Systems saw a 262.15% (2191 vs. 605) increase in organic driven form submissions and a 31.66% (1210 vs. 919) in phone calls from organic traffic. <\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\nOnline Marketing: Digital A\/B Testing Category<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\nWhen reviewing heatmapping data for client, PSI Urethanes<\/a>, the team noticed that the \u201cRequest a Quote\u201d call to action in the site\u2019s main navigation was not getting many clicks. In fact, the main call to action that was driving users to a form was the site\u2019s Contact Us link which was located in the footer. Seeing how the footer was not above the fold for all users), the business was potentially losing out on Contact Us Form submissions and therefore overall form submissions. Based on this data, the team recommended implementing an A\/B test via Google Optimize<\/a> to see if swapping the two would result in an overall increase in online forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe A\/B Test ran from September 24th – October 15th. At the end of the test, the Main Navigation that included the Contact Us Call to Action showed an Improvement (the difference in conversion rate – measured as a percentage – between the variation and the baseline. a.k.a. “lift.”) of 12% to 3,460% and a 98% probability to be the best variation moving forward.
