Jeff Montgomery is Senior Vice President of Sales and Co-Founder of TopSpot. With a BA in Economics from the University of Houston, Jeff began his career as a salesperson in print and industrial advertising. It was then he created relationships with his customers that still carry on today. In fact, TopSpot's very first client, Bison ProFab, is one of Jeff’s customers.
Tim Doyle
Vice President of Sales
Tim Doyle has been the VP of Sales and Marketing at TopSpot since 2008. Tim is based out of Chicago, Illinois and oversees that our clients’ web strategy aligns with the true goals of their business. He attended Western Michigan University where he studied public relations and has been an industrial marketing professional since the 1980’s.
Mark Balousek
Senior Digital Marketing Strategist
Mark joined the TopSpot team in January 2006 and like Tim, is based out of Chicago, Illinois. He specializes in working with small to medium sized companies specifically in the industrial space and has clients throughout the United States. In his spare time, Mark enjoys cheering on Chicago’s major league sports teams including the Chicago Blackhawks.

Kevin has over 20 years of consulting experience in the industrial and B2B space. He graduated from Columbia College with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and has been with TopSpot since 2016. Jim Smith has been with TopSpot since 2015 and is based out of Chicago, IL. Since graduating from Southern Illinois University, his career has been entirely focused around industrial marketing, first in the print space. Since 2005, his focus has been strictly digital. One of Jim's favorite things about TopSpot is the team's ability to provide ongoing education in the digital marketing space.
