At TopSpot, we always strive to hire extraordinary people who will bring the passion, confidence, eagerness to learn and positive attitude that is necessary to set us apart from other companies. Often times, our newest team members are hired out of college and new to the industry. Our culture is unique because we focus on growing our team members and it starts with the opportunity they’re given right out of college that they may not get elsewhere. It works too! Some of our key TopSpotters who have been with the team anywhere from 4 to 11 years, started right out of college!

When I began working at TopSpot after graduating from college, the team made me feel welcome and a much needed part of the organization. Right from the start, I began learning about the industry, our clients’ businesses/industries and also received coaching that helped me grow as a young professional. It was this investment in me as an individual that made me want to keep getting better.  Eight years later, I’m still here and learning every day. I also strive to pass on what I’ve learned to the new TopSpotters that come onboard in the hopes that they grow as both TopSpot team members and young professionals starting their careers.
